The Answers You Need

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Measurements are supplied to ensure a perfect fit, please check your own measurements if you are unsure, before ordering. Please read the item descriptions carefully and feel free to ask any questions you may have before making your purchase. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please message me and I will do what I can to complete the transaction satisfactorily.

You have a right to cancel your order. If you wish to return an item, please do so, by first contacting Luloah, explaining why and return the item within 7 days of receipt. On receipt your payment will be refunded within 30 days.
Return postage will be paid for by the customer.
Custom made and altered items can not be returned.

At the time of shipping all items will be carefully examined for quality. Items will be packed carefully for shipping. Luloah is not responsible for damage during shipping.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Luloah prefers payment by direct money transfer. You will find all the details at checkout, if you select Manual Payment. Paypal is also available for those who prefer that method.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Luloah is happy to supply gift cards, which can either be in a printed form or an E- card. Just let me know what value you'd like the gift card to be and where you'd like it to be sent (e - mail or actual address) . E cards cost just the face value. Physical cards cost £1 plus the face value.
